We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Hardware Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware, networking devices, and peripheral equipment while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and required software applications.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
Perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and service records.
Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and hardware servicing.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and basic server administration is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
