Job Description

Hiring: OSP Fiber Network Engineer (Off-Role Contract)

Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Off-Role)
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA
Qualification: Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications or related field)
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for OSP fiber network deployment.
Plan and implement OSP Fiber Networks for MAN and NLD projects.
Coordinate with government authorities for ROW permissions.
Follow up with vendors to ensure quality and timely network construction.
Prepare As-Built Drawings in AutoCAD and KML files.
Perform OFC testing using OTDR, Power Meter, and Laser Source.
Troubleshoot and rectify fiber network faults.
Handle material reconciliation and project documentation.
