We are looking for a Field Engineer to provide on-site hardware and desktop support to end users. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.)
Provide on-site technical support and resolve user issues within SLA
Perform OS installation and software deployment
Maintain service reports and update tickets regularly
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
1–3 years of experience in desktop/field support
Good knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge
