Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Provide day-to-day technical support to staff for system, software, and internet issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
Handle system updates, antivirus, and data backups.
Maintain IT inventory (systems, accessories, cables, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance when required.
Ensure proper functioning of office IT infrastructure.
Maintain records of IT assets and support tickets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred).
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common software.
Understanding of LAN, internet, and networking basics.
Ability to identify and fix technical issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
