2. Role Summary: Marketplace Operations Specialist
Fedus requires an experienced and highly detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive. The primary objective is to manage the daily operational flow across all major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), ensuring smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, and top-tier account health.
This role demands complete hands-on exposure to seller panels, particularly concerning FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), shipment creation, and multi-state inventory compliance.
3. Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas)
A. Order Processing & Fulfillment Management
Daily Order Processing: Own the end-to-end process of downloading, verifying, and timely processing of all daily orders from Marketplace Seller Panels (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
Shipment & Dispatch: Generate accurate shipping labels, manage manifest creation, and coordinate seamlessly with the warehouse and dispatch teams.
Returns & Refunds: Efficiently manage customer returns (RTO/RMA) and ensure timely processing of refunds and resolution of related claims.
B. Inventory & FBA Management (Core Focus)
FBA & Multi-State Inventory: Manage inventory for services like Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), including shipment creation, stock replenishment planning, and ensuring inventory readiness for multi-state or multi-warehouse fulfillment models.
Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation between Marketplace panels and internal systems to minimize stock discrepancies and prevent stock-outs.
Catalogue Health: Ensure the core listing details (pricing, stock levels, product visibility status) are accurate across all platforms.
C. Account Health & Compliance
Account Health Maintenance: Proactively monitor and take steps to maintain excellent Account Health metrics (Seller Rating, Order Defect Rate, Policy Compliance) across all platforms.
Issue Resolution: Raise and follow up on cases/queries with Marketplace Support related to shipments, payments, policy violations, and account issues until resolution.
Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on order volume, processing status, and inventory levels.
4. Required Skills and Qualifications

Description
Experience Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in an E-commerce Operations/Executive role.
Panel Expertise
Mandatory complete working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Fulfillment Knowledge
Proven experience with FBA and management of multi-state or multi-warehouse inventory structures.
Account Health
Strong understanding of marketplace policies and metrics, with an active history of maintaining high account health.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (basic VLOOKUP and Pivot Table skills preferred).
Work Ethic
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of operating under strict deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
