Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Electronics Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in desktop support and electronics troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing technical support and software , diagnosing hardware and software issues, assembling and testing electronic equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT and electronics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Provide technical support to office staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues..

• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and LED display controllers, receiving cards, power supplies, and related electronic components.

• Maintain service records, issue logs, and preventive maintenance reports.

• Ensure timely resolution of user complaints while minimizing downtime.

• Support installation and commissioning activities whenever required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of desktop hardware and Windows operating systems.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).

• Basic knowledge of electronics, PCB components, and power supplies.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to travel for on-site support, if required.

Educational Qualification

• ITI /Diploma/ Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LED display systems or digital signage is an advantage.

• Knowledge of LED control systems (NovaStar, Colorlight, HUIDU, Linsn, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of networking and remote support tools.
