Job Description

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and software applications.
Handle incidents related to hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and basic networking problems.
Coordinate with the network/IT team for escalated issues.
Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment.
Log and track tickets using helpdesk/CRM systems.
Provide on-site and remote support as required.
Ensure timely resolution of service requests within SLA timelines.
Educate end-users on IT best practices, security policies, and system usage.
