We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide end user computer support including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Offer support for manufacturing systems computers and printers.
Assist with ticketing tool support and manage IT asset management processes.
Install and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
Follow up on problem resolution and escalate as necessary.
Manage basic network issues, focusing on end user LAN support.
Monitor backups and provide IT operations support.
Adapt to changes in responsibilities and processes as required by business needs.
Additional Requirements:
Basic domain knowledge for server management.
Basic domain knowledge of NAS installation and configuration
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
