We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Cantik Technologies to provide on-site IT support, resolve hardware and network issues, and ensure smooth functioning of end-user systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and workstations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Replace components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, keyboard, battery, display, and adapters.
Install, upgrade, and configure Windows operating systems.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Support and configure switches, routers, and access points.
Perform cable tracing, patching, and network port activation.
Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripherals.
Coordinate with OEM vendors for warranty and service support.
Maintain service reports and documentation of support activities.
Attend on-site service calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or a related field with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Hardware Support, or Technical Support.
