Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications ensuring an excellent user experience.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to turn ideas and wireframes into functional, innovative, and visually striking websites.
User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona creation to understand user needs and pain points.
Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
Tech Integration: Collaborate with the tech team to ensure that designs are feasible and well-integrated into the technical architecture. Have a basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design and development.
Design Tools: Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
Responsive Design: Create responsive, mobile-first designs ensuring an optimal experience across a wide range of devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the design process and quality of our digital products.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interactive Media, Web Development, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing website and web application design projects.
Design Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, and other relevant software to produce high-quality designs.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is essential. Experience with prototyping tools is a must.
Creative Problem Solving: Strong ability to think creatively and conceptually, transforming complex requirements into elegant and intuitive designs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing teams, and other creatives.
