Graphic Designer

Location: Bandra, Mumbai
Role purpose
The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling and brand-aligned creatives for digital campaigns, social media, paid ads, marketplaces, website assets, in-store promotions, and internal communication requirements for Maple DTI.
Key responsibilities
· Design creatives for social media posts, ad banners, website assets, marketplace content, emailers, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
· Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color usage, and visual hierarchy across all outputs.
· Work with the marketing, content, e-commerce, and paid media teams to translate campaign briefs into effective design solutions.
· Create static and adapted creatives in required sizes and formats for multiple digital platforms.
· Support launch campaigns, festive promotions, seasonal campaigns, and store branding needs.
· Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per campaign timelines.
· Organize source files, templates, and design assets in a structured manner.
· Revise creatives based on feedback while maintaining quality and turnaround discipline.
Key requirements
· Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
· 2-5 years of relevant design experience.
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other standard design tools.
· Good understanding of digital marketing creative requirements.
· Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.
· Experience with retail, electronics, e-commerce, or consumer brands will be preferred.
