About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer who specializes in logo design and creative visual concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, illustration skills, and good English communication skills.
This role requires someone who can convert ideas into compelling visual concepts, maintain high creative standards, and clearly understand client requirements and explain them to the internal design team to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Design creative and original logos for businesses.
Develop unique visual concepts and logo ideas based on client requirements.
Create illustrations and graphic elements that support logo and visual concepts.
Understand and explain client requirements to the internal design team for proper execution.
Present and explain creative logo concepts professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Stay updated with latest logo design styles, illustration techniques, and design trends.


Requirements
Proven experience in logo design and creative concept development.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative logo designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
Knowledge of illustration and visual design principles.
Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills.
Good English communication skills for team interaction.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills
Strong presentation and idea explanation skills.
Ability to guide junior designers and maintain creative quality.
Ability to lead creative direction and oversee design quality across projects.
