- Create visual designs and graphics for print or digital media and websites

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Branding:
• Design visually engaging graphics for digital platforms including website banners, social media posts, product pages, emails, and digital ads.
• Assist in creating branding assets like packaging designs, brochures, posters, POS materials, and merchandising collaterals.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all design touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, typography, and visual language.
Content Creation:
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to convert ideas into compelling visual creatives.
• Collaborate on campaign designs – from product launches to influencer partnerships – ensuring all visual content aligns with the overall brand strategy.
• Translate abstract concepts or briefs into effective and eye-catching visuals.
Video & Motion Design:
• Assist in basic video editing for reels, YouTube, and brand/product videos.
• Create simple motion graphics, animations, or GIFs for digital campaigns and social media.
Tool Proficiency:
• Design and edit creatives using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Use AI-based or online tools where needed to create mockups, layouts, and social-first content efficiently.
Attention to Detail:
• Ensure accuracy, high-quality resolution, and pixel-perfect designs across all deliverables.
• Proof all work thoroughly before submitting and ensure alignment with project briefs and deadlines.
Feedback & Improvement:
• Be open to constructive feedback and capable of iterating quickly.
• Continuously explore new design trends and suggest ways to elevate brand aesthetics.
Preferred Skills:
• Solid understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Hands-on experience with design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, After Effects/Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital asset formatting.
• Creative thinker with a collaborative and positive attitude.
