Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the design team to deliver exceptional creative solutions across all projects. Review, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality output from the team, maintaining alignment with the brand's vision and objectives. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, and mentor the team to adopt best practices.
Branding and Visual Identity: Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and develop strong branding strategies and visual identities for clients and internal projects. Oversee the creation of logos, color palettes, typography, and other brand assets, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences.
Graphic Design Projects: Design and oversee a wide range of marketing materials, including menus, posters, banners, social media graphics, digital ads, image editing, product packaging, and promotional materials. Ensure all design deliverables align with brand guidelines and business objectives while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Client Collaboration: Act as the primary design lead in client meetings, presenting ideas and solutions while effectively communicating design concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution of creative strategies
