JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Location: Powai, Saki Vihar Rd, Andheri
1. Purpose of the Role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing high-quality visual content for digital platforms, print media, exhibitions, partner communication, and internal branding requirements. The role also supports HR-related internal communication creatives such as employee celebrations and announcements, ensuring consistency with company branding.
2. Experience & Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a Graphic Designer
OR
2–3 years of relevant freelance experience in graphic design
Candidates must possess a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital, print, social media, event, and internal communication creatives.
3. Key Roles & Responsibilities
3.1 Event & Expo Creatives
Design expo banners as per the monthly event calendar
Create expo invitation creatives
Design team-related posts and process live event photographs
3.2 Digital & Social Media Creatives
Design 8 LinkedIn posts per month
Create 8 WhatsApp creatives per month, including:
8 master creatives
Minor modifications for 10 channel partners
3.3 Video Content Creation
Develop 4 short videos per month, including:
Social media reels
Expo highlight videos
Product transition videos
3.4 Print & Marketing Collateral
Design 4 brochures per month
Create creatives for festivals and company campaigns
3.5 HR & Internal Communication Creatives
Design creatives for employee birthdays
Design creatives for work anniversaries
Support HR-led internal celebrations, announcements, and engagement activities
Create internal communication creatives as and when required by HR
(Approx. 10–12 creatives per month)
3.6 Product & Calibration Stickers
Design and manage product and calibration stickers
(Approximately 2,500 stickers per month)
3.7 PDF Editing & Documentation
Edit, format, and update approximately 100 PDFs per month
(Each document typically consists of 3–4 pages)
4. Mandatory Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)
The candidate must have hands-on proficiency in:
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva
PDF editing tools
5. Preferred / Additional Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro
Other video editing software
Basic motion graphics or animation skills (added advantage)
6. Key Competencies & Behavioral Skills
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
Understanding of branding, print standards, and internal communication tone
Good coordination with Marketing, Sales, and HR teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
