Key Responsibilities:
• Design event-related creatives including event posters, invitations, backdrops, standees, event branding materials, and stage designs.
• Create digital assets for social media campaigns, emailers, and website banners.
• Assist in conceptualizing event themes, visual identities, and brand guidelines for projects.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements as per event requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Work closely with the event, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives on time.
• Adapt and revise existing creatives based on client feedback.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in the event management or creative industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills (academics, internships, or freelance work accepted).
