The candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing clients and developing new business opportunities in the assigned area.Key Responsibilities:Visit medical stores, hospitals, clinics, and distributors regularlyPromote generic and branded-generic medicinesGenerate orders and achieve monthly sales targetsMaintain strong relationships with customersCollect payments and follow up on outstanding duesKeep records of sales, stock movement, and customer feedbackCoordinate with office staff for billing and supplyEnsure compliance with company and regulatory guidelinesRequirements:Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate (preferred)Experience in pharma/medical sales is an advantage (freshers can apply)Good communication and convincing skillsKnowledge of generic medicines preferredTwo-wheeler with valid license (for field roles)Basic knowledge of billing or order booking (optional)Skills Required:Sales & negotiation skillsCustomer relationship managementMarket knowledge of pharma productsTarget-oriented mindsetSalary & Benefits:Fixed salary + incentiveTravel allowance (if applicable)Growth opportunity in a growing medical agency
