Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for B2B sales in the furniture hardware industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, generating business from carpenters, OEMs, modular furniture manufacturers, architects, interior contractors, and hardware retailers across Delhi and Pan India through regular market visits and tours.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the furniture hardware and fittings segment.
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to furniture markets, factories, and project sites.
Promote company products including furniture hardware, fittings, kitchen solutions, wardrobe accessories, and allied products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and modular furniture manufacturers for project-based sales.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product applications/features.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, products, and trends.
Follow up on payments, outstanding dues, and customer service issues.
Prepare daily visit reports and tour plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales.
Prior experience in furniture hardware, plywood, laminates, kitchen hardware, sanitary, or building materials industry preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of dealer/distributor sales channels.
Willingness to travel extensively across India on tour basis.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Existing network in furniture markets and hardware trade will be an added advantage.
Experience dealing with modular furniture manufacturers and OEMs preferred.
Candidate should possess strong market knowledge of Delhi NCR and Pan India furniture hardware markets.
