Position: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Near Chakala Metro)
Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 1 to 4 years in Direct/Field Sales
CTC: ₹6.5 – ₹7 LPA (Maximum, based on market knowledge and relevant experience)
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Industry Preference: Timeshare, Pharma, Insurance, Education, Home Loans, Telecom, BFSI, E-commerce
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Week off between Monday to Thursday)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Should be flexible)
Job Purpose:
To deliver impactful and result-oriented sales presentations, build and maintain client relationships, generate quality leads, and meet assigned revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven setup
Generate self-sourced leads and follow up on references from existing data
Deliver compelling sales presentations to convert prospects into clients
Address client objections and manage post-sales follow-ups
Build and sustain strong client relationships
Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments
Support new clients with their first booking and seek quality referrals
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Confident personality and professional appearance
Sound knowledge of Mumbai market
Prior experience in field sales is preferred; however, candidates with strong interest in field sales will also be considered
High energy level with a strong result-oriented and customer-focused approach
Comfortable with a six-day working week and flexible working hours
