Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial/Institutional HVAC product Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our HVAC Products to industrial/Institutional clients, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities & Duties
‣ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business
objectives.
‣ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial, Institutional sector & handling OEM’s.
‣ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
‣ Generate leads & inquiries from cold calls.
‣ Willing to travel as and when required.
‣ Understand customer requirement and suggesting them most suited product option.
‣ Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
‣ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Comfortable to travel Pan India
Qualification & Skills
‣ BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical, BSC graduates etc.
‣ Relevant experience : 1 - 4 years.
‣ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
‣ HVAC,Water treatment chemicals, Industrial Equipment, Water treatment plants sales experience will be preferred.
‣ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
