Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive who can drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, manage client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and support business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Convert leads into customers through effective consultation and follow-up.
• Promote pilgrimage packages, VIP darshan services, and other offerings.
• Identify new markets and business growth opportunities.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address client queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Partnership Development
• Identify and onboard travel partners, vendors, hotels, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Negotiation & Coordination
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and partners.
• Support contract discussions and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of services.
Operations Support
• Assist in managing bookings and service fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Work closely with operations teams to maintain service quality.

Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or Partnership Management.
• Experience in Bank sales, b2c sales, insurance sales,Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Religious Tourism, or Service Industry is preferred.
