Job Responsibilities:
Install, commission, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and systems.
Handle troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of UPS systems, batteries, electrical panels, Electricals systems, and other industrial equipment as per assigned work.
Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections.
Diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions at customer sites.
Lead and guide service engineers and technicians during installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Conduct site visits to inspect equipment and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintenance activities.
Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with customers, the sales team, and the technical department.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures..
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service and timely problem resolution.
Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and preventive maintenance schedules.
Report service activities, pending issues, and work progress to management.
