Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to manage the onboarding process for Channel Partners. The role involves coordinating registrations, documentation, system activation, project orientation and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that enables Channel Partners to start generating business quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new Channel Partners.
Collect, verify and maintain all required onboarding documents.
Complete Channel Partner registration and empanelment as per company policies. Create and activate Channel Partner profiles in the CRM system.
Conduct project orientation and onboarding sessions for newly registered Channel Partners.
Share project brochures, price lists, payment plans, inventory updates, and marketing collateral.
Ensure Channel Partners understand the registration process, commission structure, and booking guidelines.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Finance teams for smooth onboarding. Track onboarding status and ensure timely completion of all formalities.
Resolve onboarding-related queries and provide ongoing support.
Maintain accurate records and generate onboarding reports.
Follow up with newly on boarded Channel Partners to encourage active engagement and lead generation.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, sales coordination, CRM, or Channel Partner management.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
