RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisor/Agent Acquisition & Empowerment:
Tasked with recruiting new advisors/agents, delivering comprehensive onboarding and training programs, and cultivating a performance-driven team culture to promote rapid business expansion. Strict compliance with established guidelines and quality criteria is essential.

On-Ground Operations:

• Locate and recruit part-time individuals to serve as advisors/agents.

• Conduct client appointments and execute in-person consultations.

Team Supervision & Development:

• Coach and assist team members in generating leads through online channels, personal referrals, social networks, and professional connections. Help convert prospects into clients effectively.

• Propel organizational growth through structured team initiatives and outreach activities.

• Provide tailored financial advice aligned with clients’ specific aspirations and financial goals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
