JOB ROLE;

1) RECRUITING LICENCED AGENTS FROM LIFE / GENERAL FOR COMPOSITE LICENCE.

2)RECRUITING FRESH CANDIDATES AS POINT OF SALE WITHOUT EXAM

3) JOINT FIELD WORK WITH AGENTS IN SELLING HEALTH INSURANCE

3) TRAINING AGENTS ON FIELD

4) FIXED INCENTIVES AND CONVEYANCE

5) FIXED TARGET AND FIXED INCREMENT
