Sales Representative

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Conduct product presentations and explain services to customers clearly.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and close sales effectively.

• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

• Minimum qualification(MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).x
