Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify and approach potential clients (housing societies, schools, corporates, salons, gyms, pharmacies, etc.) for dental tie-ups, camps, and referral programs.
Local Area Marketing (LAM):
Execute on-ground marketing activities like door-to-door campaigns, flyers/posters distribution, clinic awareness drives, and organizing local dental check-up camps.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community gatekeepers, RWAs, HR professionals, and school administrators to boost clinic visibility and referrals.
Camp & Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate free dental check-up camps, promotional stalls, and awareness sessions across residential and commercial locations.
Target Achievement:
Meet monthly lead generation, appointment booking, and conversion targets as assigned by the sales manager.
Daily Reporting:
Maintain logs of visits, leads generated, and conversions; submit daily/weekly activity reports.
