Sales Representative

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Attending to all clients, briefing them in detail about the project and apartment.

• Provide information about properties, market trends, and other relevant details.Understanding their requirements and handling their queries related to the property.

• Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Stay informed about the market, property values, and industry trends.

• Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

• Highlight the unique selling points of properties and address client concerns.

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Follow up with leads to nurture long-term connections and foster repeat business.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's CRM system.

• Generate reports and analyse data to track sales performance.

• Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing and customer service departments.

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team goals.

• Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve service and offerings.

• Adjust sales strategies based on feedback and market conditions.
