Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative – Savory Peanut Butter to join our team at Bajaj Foods Limited for the Ahmedabad and Gujarat market. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, gyms, nutrition stores, and other potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, expanding retail presence, generating orders, and increasing the market penetration of Savory Peanut Butter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, supermarkets, grocery stores, gyms, nutrition stores, and other potential outlets to generate sales.

• Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and retail customers across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.

• Build strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers and generate repeat orders.

• Achieve monthly sales, new outlet opening, and market coverage targets.

• Increase the availability and visibility of Savory Peanut Butter at retail outlets.

• Conduct product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities wherever required.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, discounts, and market activities.

• Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Maintain records of market visits, orders, new customers, and sales performance.

• Report sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to management regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience, with preferably 1–5 years of experience in FMCG, food products, health foods, nutritional products, or retail sales. Candidates should have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and be comfortable with extensive field sales.

Knowledge of the Ahmedabad and Gujarat retail/FMCG market will be preferred. Candidates with existing relationships with distributors and retailers will have an added advantage. The candidate should preferably have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Languages: Gujarati and Hindi required; basic English preferred.
