About the Company
We are hiring for a leading name in industrial wastewater treatment since 2007. We serve clients across industries like textile, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and more, offering sustainable and customized effluent treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify potential industrial clients (WTP/ETP/STP users) in sectors like textiles, food, pharma, etc.
- Initiate contact and fix appointments for technical discussions.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities through active follow-ups.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, exhibitions).
- Distribute company brochures, presentations, and proposals to target clients.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, or industry meets.
Client Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate value propositions effectively to clients.
- Coordinate between the client and the technical team for site visits, design, and proposals.
- Maintain proper documentation and client records in CRM.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Study competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences in the region.
- Provide regular feedback to management on trends and market dynamics.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in industrial/B2B marketing or sales (preferably in water treatment, chemicals, or engineering products).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Marketing/Business Administration.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally and manage client visits independently.
- Basic knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes is a plus.
