Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and self-driven individuals for the role of Agency Channel Manager to join our team in the Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) or similar domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of agents/advisors.

• Drive business through the agency channel.

• Motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

• Regular field visits to ensure active participation from advisors.

• Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and agents.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom preferred).

• Must have the ability to build and manage a team.

• Should be comfortable with fieldwork.

• Earning potential of minimum ₹25,000 incentive per month for high performers.
