Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
Promote diagnostic services, health packages, and company offerings
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Prepare and maintain sales reports and client data
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related field – Mandatory
1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to travel across Mumbai
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Preferred Competencies:
Experience in healthcare or diagnostics industry
Existing network with doctors, clinics, or hospitals
Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition
