Designation: Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/BE- Civil or Any Graduate
Preferred Skills: Field Sales, Dealers/ Sub-dealers handling, Interaction with Contractors/ Engineers/ Masons/Builders, Channel Management, Dealer/Sub dealer Appointment.
Work Experience: 1-2+ years of Sales Experience is an advantage (In Cement/Steel/Tyres/ Fertilizers etc.)
SALES Management:
1. Regular Market visits to engage with Dealers/Channel Partners and ensure smooth territory operations.
2. Gather competitor insights on pricing and incentives.
3. Achieve sales targets with defined pricing guidelines across the channel partners. Planning orders on prorate basis as per monthly sales plan.
4. Track Sales wise payments.
5. Business development by appointing New Dealers/ Sub dealers.
6. Conduct ongoing market analysis to assess regional positioning.
7. Ensure timely collections and resolve payment issues
