We are looking for a proactive and strategically minded Area Sales Manager — either someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative ready to step up, or a new ASM looking to build a career in a high-growth, design-focused healthcare brand.

This isn’t just a sales job — it’s an opportunity to shape how a fast-growing brand is adopted across clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Visiting clinics, IVF centers, and wellness spaces to pitch our premium workwear to doctors and decision-makers

• Understanding the everyday pain points in current uniforms — from discomfort to lack of fit or functionality

• Recommending customized uniform solutions that are stylish, breathable, and tailored to each client’s needs

• Observing buying behavior, gathering feedback, and spotting trends or gaps in the market

• Feeding actionable insights back to our design and product teams to help sharpen our offerings

• Playing an active role in how DSM Workwear is positioned across different geographies and sectors
