Job Summary
As a Field Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be the face of the company in the market—
responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to
promote our manufacturing products. This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual
who thrives in a dynamic, on-the-ground environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Execution
o Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities
o Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
• Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
o Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
o Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly
• Marketing Activities
o Execute field-level marketing campaigns and promotions
o Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
o Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Reporting & Coordination
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
o Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth
operations
o Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the
management:
o Generate a set number of new client accounts per quarter
o Ensure customer retention rate exceeds 80% through consistent follow-ups and
service
o Submit weekly performance reports including pipeline status, client feedback,
and competitor activity
o Proactively suggest improvements to sales strategy based on field insight
