🧑💼 Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to give result to our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth to meet and exceed revenue targets.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on performance to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews of sales staff.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to analyze data and create reports for decision-making.
💼 Preferred Experience:
4+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (sector-specific, e.g., FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Experience with target-driven environments
💰 Salary: 5,000/- to 15,000/- per month and incentive extra as per performance
