Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join us. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through calls, references, social media, and field visits.
• Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Present company profile, services, and design solutions to clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate project terms with clients.
• Maintain client database and daily sales reports.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in sales, preferably in interiors, construction, or real estate.
• Basic knowledge of interior work, materials, and project process.
• Smart personality with professional attitude.
• Ability to work on targets.
• Own vehicle is a plus.
Salary: As per experience + Incentives based on sales performance.
