Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through field activities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our textile products in the market. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company, representing our brand to customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, prospecting, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote and sell the company’s textile products to a diverse clientele, including wholesalers, retailers, and manufacturers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's textile products, their features, and benefits.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and clients.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt responses to customer queries and concerns.
Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Address any complaints or issues raised by customers to ensure customer retention.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, market feedback, and competitive insights.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests in the CRM system.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market conditions.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the internal team (Sales Manager, Marketing, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support field sales activities.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
Drive sales initiatives and promotional activities in the market to increase product visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field or Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the textile or garment industry, with a focus on field sales.
Minimum of [1] years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the textile industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of textile products (such as fabrics, uniforms garments ,hotel linen, home textiles, etc.).
Experience in handling key accounts and B2B sales.
Working Conditions:
Travel: Extensive travel required to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Working Hours: 9:30 to 7:30 with flexibility depending on client meetings and business needs.
