Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Paramount Powders Private Limited, a company specializing in the manufacturing of THERMOSETTING POWDER COATINGS, in epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester and polyurethane chemistries, having good mechanical strength and chemical resistance in various shades and finishes, to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The person should comfortable to do job on field. The position offers salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

·         Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

·         Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities

·         Collect market data and competitor insights

·         Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

·         Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

·         Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate

Work mode: Work from Office

Shift: Day Shift

Working days: 6 days

Should have their own 2-wheeler vehicle

Experience: Minimum 6 months in powder coating industry

Language: Should be comfortable in English (Reading and writing both)
