Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities and generate leads through on-ground promotions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field activations, direct customer engagement, and converting prospects into customers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Execute BTL marketing activities such as:
- Canopy setups
- Roadshows
- Mall & society activations
- Kiosk marketing
- Leaflet distribution
- Door-to-door campaigns
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Promote company products/services to potential customers in assigned areas.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Maintain daily activity reports and submit to reporting manager.
Coordinate with marketing team for campaign planning and execution
