Job Overview :
Odisha Talks is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our brand presence, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with advertisers, partners, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media, digital marketing, and sales with a strong understanding of the local and regional market.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and partnerships
Pitch advertising, sponsorship, and promotional solutions to brands and agencies
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Marketing Responsibilities :
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Odisha Talks’ digital and media platforms
Coordinate with content and creative teams for brand promotions
Manage on-ground and digital marketing activities, events, and collaborations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights
Support social media promotions and brand visibility initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of digital media, advertising, and branding
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
Knowledge of Odisha’s local market and language is a plus
Preferred Skills :
Experience in media sales, digital marketing, or advertising
Familiarity with social media platforms and online campaigns
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
