Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites and meet contractors, builders, and project teams.
Promote and sell company products (manhole covers, frames, and other construction materials).
Generate new leads, follow up with clients, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle on-site queries.
Share market updates and competitor information with the team.
Requirements:
1–3 years of field sales experience (construction/building materials preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be target-driven and willing to travel daily.
Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
