A. Role Definition : Promoting and executing Lighting and Casambi Automation in sectors of
Builders, Hotels, Interiors and Architects and inviting as many people at Experience Centre for
demonstration.
B. Responsibility Deliverable :

Interior, Architect and Customer Interaction
Preparing Presentations along with our in-house designers
Making Bill of Quantity (BOQ)/Quotations on Excel/Google Sheet.
Follow up BOQ status and update on Google Sheet
Cal the client whose BOQ is pending with the motive to convert maximum BOQ
Invite Minimum 10 people to Experience Centre every month.
Client Logs : Maintain log of all clients/visitors/designers/site which you are presenting to
as per date in excel/google sheets.
9. Personally look into all works of selected corporate clients that will be given directly by SK
10. Keep track of delivery and cross check all documents like Warranty Certificate,Bill and
Challan.
11. Time : Work timing is from 10am to 7pm on Weekdays and till 5:00pm on Saturday where
Sunday is a paid holiday. Three day late beyond 10:15am will be deducted as one day
absent. And reaching office beyond 10:40am will be taken as half day present.
C. Remuneration : Salary agreed is Rs.17000 per month (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) which is
paid within first twelve days of every month for previous month of service. This does not include
any traveling expenses, and if ever travel is to be done for company purpose, it will be reimbursedto you in actual by accounts department (reaching office from home to reaching home from office
not included).
D. Resignation: You are required to give at least two month’s notice before resigning the job. You
have to complete all pending works and execute all orders before resigning. The company has the
right to seize all remuneration/salary if the notice period is not served/ works are pending/ any
foul activity is observed. You will also be required to train a new employee who will be joining
office in your position. The company reserves the right to terminate your job providing you a prior
month’s notice as well.
E. Privacy Policy: You are expected to maintain the business processes and functioning limited to
yourself and not share any company data or information with any outside party or persons. If it is
found that you are doing anything as such, you accept below that the company can take any legal
action against you.
F. Competencies Expected: You are required to know the following within first month of
employment:

explanation to customers and enhance confidence.
Keep watch for consistent operation of the experience centre.
Know about length measurements like mm, cm, metre, inches etc. Lighting terminologies,
parameters and types.
Client interactions and develop confidence to interact with customers.
All Lighting and Casambi products should be well understood for further explanations.
Update yourself monthly about new products.
Handle complains and use your team to resolve issues at site.
G. Competency : Beyond attendance, your performance hold a major key and you should be
answerable with documents in the weekly meetings for progress report.
Remember that the company’s goal, growth and efficiency of the resources should be the team’s
priority and any personal problems/works should not hinder the company’s priorities. We
