Explain lab tests, health packages, and offers clearly to customers
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company
Coordinate with collection team / lab staff for smooth service delivery
Promote lab advertisements (banners, posters, camps, tie-ups with clinics, corporates, societies)
Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
