Find and onboard new partners (consultants, DSAs, coaching institutes) through field sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Drive student referrals and achieve sales targets.
Conduct training sessions/webinars to explain loan products.
Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth coordination.
Track and report referrals and loan disbursements.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years in B2B sales or business development (education finance experience is a plus).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel for field sales.
Target-oriented and performance-driven.
