Sales & Marketing Executive

A Sales and Marketing Executive develops and executes strategies to drive sales growth by identifying target markets, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and managing client relationships. They are also responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing performance, and collaborating with other departments to enhance brand visibility and meet sales targets. Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree, proven sales and marketing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software. 

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth. 

• Market Research:

  Identify new market opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze market trends and competitor activities. 

• Lead Generation:

  Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling, and qualify them for sales engagement. 

• Sales Presentations:

  Present products or services to potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales quotas. 

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 

• Campaign Management:

  Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media, to promote products and services. 

• Performance Analysis:

  Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management. 

• Collaboration:

  Work with cross-functional teams, including product development and creative teams, to align sales and marketing efforts.
