Job Description

A sales executive identifies and pursues new leads, presents and sells products or services, negotiates and closes deals, and maintains client relationships to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, customer needs assessment, product demonstrations, market research, and using CRM tools for tracking and reporting sales data. Essential skills for this role are communication, persuasion, negotiation, client relationship management, and a strong sales-driven mindset.  

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in generating leads, managing schedules, and providing resources for sales activities. 

  • Administrative Duties:

    Process sales orders, maintain organized customer and sales databases, and handle internal and external communication. 

  • Client Relations:

    Respond to client inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure excellent customer service. 

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data to identify trends, and provide insights for improving strategies. 

  • Sales Strategy:

    Contribute to developing and executing sales plans, set sales objectives, and help implement sales cycles. 

  • Team Coordination:

    Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and brand consistency. 

  • Promotional Activities:

    Assist in organizing trade shows, creating promotional materials, and executing marketing campaigns. 

  • Training & Onboarding:

    Train and onboard new sales personnel, providing them with the necessary tools and guidance.
