Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the underwriting and operations team for smooth policy issuance.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set goals.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
