Position: Sales & Marketing (Field) Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our spa and wellness services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and local businesses. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, achieving sales targets, and representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Visit corporate offices, apartments, gyms, hotels, clinics, and local businesses to generate leads.
Promote spa memberships, wellness packages, and special offers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Conduct promotional activities and distribute marketing materials.
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of client visits, enquiries, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Submit daily field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

Graduate or PUC with relevant sales experience.
1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
