Need Sales and Marketing Executive
Location- East and West Bardhaman
Salary- ₹ 15000/- to ₹ 20000/-
Qualification- HS
Responsibilities-
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

Network Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade outlets, and traditional retailers.
Marketing Execution: Plan and implement trade marketing activities, in-store promotions, product launches, and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and provide actionable feedback to management.
Merchandising & Stock Management: Ensure optimal product availability, prominent shelf placement, and proper merchandising across all retail touchpoints.
Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports on territory sales and market dynamics.
